After upgrading to 0.7.19 it stopped connecting. In the log it says add cipher BF-CBC. Added it. After that the log is almost empty, but it still does not connect. Be careful before updating. UPD. It worked after adding the lines data-ciphers BF-CBC data-ciphers-fallback BF-CBC in the connection menu settings Advanced - Custom settings.
