The application is good, makes you sweat, navigation in the application is convenient.Of the disadvantages: no saving results in the cloud between devices, if I work out on my phone, the data training on my other device can not find, the second would be much better if the exercises would show not schematic animation and record with an actor (similar to the application keep) so would be much more informative.

It would be great if you could note how many push-ups, for example, you were able to perform. You are given the task to do 20, for example, and you are so tired that you could only do 14 and the app would take this into account and race you through this standard until you complete it.

Super app, and most importantly the consistency of the exercises, I like that it does not strain the heart, the truth is that I increase the approaches in two even at a high level. Please add a function to adjust the workout if possible. Thank you

I tried this application for the first time and did two programs "whole body and legs" on the first day, the feeling is great, but my body sends me away. At first I liked it, then less and less. The exercises are strange to say the least, some are more like giddy delirium like push-ups, lying on your back. There is no balance in the exercises at all. First you have to do 6 handstands, then 12 push-ups with an offset. It is impossible to exclude inadequate exercises, individual characteristics such as injuries cannot be taken into account in any way, the complexity of exercises is adjusted askew, some exercises on the arms in general requires stretching legs. All in all, you can play around, no more than that.

To progress in growth, it is necessary to constantly increase weight, without additional equipment it is impossible to do it, doing on this program you will achieve only vigorous physical tone and good health. I do not pretend to be the final authority, this is just my opinion, coming from personal experience, besides, I am ectomorphic and it is hard for me to gain weight like anybody else. But since the content is free and can be a start for someone in the sport, I give it a 5.

A very good app for those who have never exercised or gave up keeping fit a very long time ago. While the first week is done, I feel the familiar pleasant pain in my muscles and notice their swelling due to tearing after a workout. This is a good sign.
