Downloaded the app in 2021 - functionality was terribly limited. Started using it again at the end of 2022. And how the creators have grown. There are so many features. Both for beginners and advanced. There are breathing practices. You yourself can adjust the pace of the voice accompaniment or remove it. A special thanks from me - music, the guys at the end of the practice give a selection on the tracks that accompanied the meditation. The app is 10/10. But they still need to work on the voiceover, to expand the base
