I used the item ,,slim legs, After 2 days my legs were sore, I doubted whether to do or not, I did and to my surprise in the morning I felt light. Day 6 I noticed that my legs really became slimmer and my thighs became much less ,,blurred, when I sit down. The result is there, I recommend it What will happen next I will finish))))

One of the best apps! Minimal advertising. A pleasant to the ear voiceover, without word distortion. Evenly growing load. There are different levels of difficulty. Personally, I like the day count, even if I miss a day of class, the app will show you where you left off and not reset everything before it starts. And unlike many other applications, the exercises here are alternating. I would give it 5 stars.

Personally, I advise everyone, if you do everything as shown and every day, the result is guaranteed, there is a warm-up and zasinka, which is insanely good, the exercises themselves are very good, you just can not help but get tired ... this is the effect.And what they say that the legs hurt, this is because you do not exercise.... your body a couple of days get used to, do not say that 90 times a lot on day 2, it is normal, if you do not like doing 30, no one will adapt to your body, this application
