Of course, the exercise is not the easiest (especially for beginners), but who said it would be easy? But the result is guaranteed after a couple of days/weeks, and over time you get used to it. Great app, really liked it! But there are minuses, I am a teenager and complex exercise, after class foot hurts a lot. One of the best apps! Minimal advertising. A pleasant to the ear voiceover, without word distortion. Evenly growing load. There are different levels of difficulty. Personally, I like the day count, even if I miss a day of class, the app will show you where you left off and not reset everything before it starts. And unlike many other applications, the exercises here are alternating. I would give it 5 stars.

I used the item ,,slim legs, After 2 days my legs were sore, I doubted whether to do or not, I did and to my surprise in the morning I felt light.
