I bought the air conditioner ballu bsui in-09hn8, planned to connect to wifi, but it was not there. I spent an hour, read forums, switched off and on, changed the network from 5 to 2,4 - all in vain. I had six meters straight line from the router to the air conditioner, the signal is strong, but the application does not want to find the air conditioner. Moreover, in the manual not a single word about the connection technique or about the recommendations, what to do if something goes wrong. It took me several days. No answers from the manufacturer. I was not able to connect it.

Everything was fine, but three days ago the app stopped showing the current temperature on the device page, as in the picture below in the description of the application. It only shows the set temperature, which is very inconvenient. I have not updated the app. Please change it back. ( I am using two convectors with wifi control)
