They write everywhere (in advertisements, in the subway ...) that you can easily transfer the balance from a lost Troika card to a new card. This is a lie, in fact it turns out to be too many nuances. It turns out that in order to transfer the balance, the old card must not have a valid ticket, the term of this ticket must be expired (even the tickets on which trips are exhausted the term still continues), apparently here you have to wait. The new Troika card must not have valid tickets either, but this is difficult to fulfill.

1. Arrived in Moscow, in the morning, by the evening the app is already out. 2. Rebooted it, decided to authorize. 2 times did not work 2. The application is not convenient because it shows only the actual options for movement. And if I need to tomorrow? I have to use 4 other programs to make an "ecological route".

Maintained limiting the charging time of electric cars to only 3 hours, very inconvenient. Bring it back as it was. Added after a month. Charging time increased to 5 hours. It became better, but it was fine without restrictions. It is not clear why such a restriction was introduced. Those who used to leave cars after a full charge and now can do so.

Overall a good program. But just like in my personal cabinet of mosmetro there is no possibility to view the receipt for previous ticket records. I used to always record tickets at the ticket office, but in November at Tushinskaya the machine still did not print a receipt despite repeated poking the screen button. We hope that the accounting department will accept the receipt from the ATM.

Forced to make a poor assessment. I installed the app solely to link my Troika card. Not one of the proposed ways of tethering works for me personally. Neither passing through stations nor recharging. In total I get absolutely nothing. What to do in this case is also not specified anywhere.

In general, the application convenient, but the last 2 days incorrectly shows the waiting time of transport (longer than in reality), and also stopped showing the transport itself on the map, too bad, I hope you fix it soon
