I use it often (man-machine), quite satisfied. Many times I have found forgotten things in the cabin: keys, paverbanks, glasses, vape, etc. Called support, reported the forgotten items and forgot about it. I think it would be convenient to have a chat/history type option in the app to use a particular car somewhere in the trip history or directly in the car card. And there to report operational information about finds and condition of the car. It would be convenient for users, and Citidrive support would have a little less work.
