For starters, the scooters are a load of crap. They hardly go on tiles, paving stones, or bad asphalt (which is almost everywhere here). The first scooter is broken. The only way to tell is to take the scooter off. The app works. There is no connection to Gpay. You have to enter the card. It takes a long time. If there is a breakdown in the app, there is some pissy chat with the operator and a call. We should just make response options on the screen to fix the breakdown (brakes, rudder, etc.). No one is interested in texting, much less calling.

The scooter locked in the rack when I tried to turn it in, and the ride was not completed and the money kept being charged. The ride ended only 30 seconds after I inserted it into the station. Had to call tech support twice to get the money to stop being written off. Upset and demanding satisfaction.

The application screwed up and an error code was entered. Took one scooter, counts two. I contacted support. They said that I entered a code from the scooter at another station, as if someone managed to take it in those miserable three seconds. There is nothing they can do, because scooters are tracked selectively. The ride has been going on for 17 hours. Support said that if the scooter is not returned within 72 hours, I will be fined 15k for stealing the scooter. Thanks man, I took it for a ride. They said to write a report to the police.
