I do not understand people who write about poor network speed. I switched from Tele2 because of the low speed of the Internet. Even taking into account the fact that Tinkoff works on Tele2 networks, the speed of Tinkoff is twice or even three times higher. I can play CSGO on mobile Internet, and everything else is flying.
