Hello. Please remove from the main page icons of chat rooms with support. Previously there were only my chats, but now there are three more - Messenger, Yandex and ID, which can not be removed. Neither clearing the chat history, nor disabling notifications help. Moreover, the icons do not remove the numbers of my appeals to support, the history of which I have long ago deleted, and the numbers still hang on the icons of chats. This is only in the mobile version of the app, there is no such thing on the website.

Messenger does look interesting and has nothing unnecessary, BUT. There is no customization of the interface (changing the color scheme, setting the wallpaper for chats, etc.). Also, images are only sent as separate messages, which clogs up the chat very much. I would like to see function of sending several images in one message, as in similar applications, and even better to combine them into albums when sending 10+ images, so that they are not all displayed when scrolling through the chat.

There is no ability to clear and delete the entire chat, even in itself, as well as delete messages from the interlocutor. After popular messengers this feature is very missing. The only original and impressive difference is the translation of voice messages. The functionality is so far scarce . I hope that Yandex, like its other services, will develop this messenger and sooner.
