Nette App könnte besser sein. Es wäre schön, wenn man den Bildschirm des Telefons nicht anlassen müsste. Das Training pausiert, wenn der Bildschirm schwarz wird. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn es einem sagen würde, welches Workout als nächstes ansteht. Einige Übungen kenne ich schon, also ist es schön zu hören, wann ich anfangen und aufhören soll und wie viele Wiederholungen ich machen soll, aber ich muss meinen Bildschirm nicht für den ganzen Satz anlassen. Ansonsten ist es eine tolle App, mit der man die Übungen wechseln kann und die einem zeigt, wie man die Übung macht.
