Why is it that if one of your apps has paid to disable ads, this subscription does not apply to all of your apps. Or make a NORMAL app where there are all the workouts, exercises do not change from time to time. Please improve it. The app is good. Follow the diet when training and everything will work out.

I started training from the level of "beginner", after 10 days I moved to the next level, considering the level of load insufficient. + 2 more days. 1-2 workouts a day. The result on the 12th day of training - 3 kg. I was 94.8, now 91.85. The system seems to be working. Thank you!

A good application that allows you to save time on making a training program and track your progress. it is convenient for me as a beginner and everything is clear. perhaps for professionals the programs will not be interesting enough, but it should be enough for beginners. the only thing I lack is a more detailed description of the exercises. when to inhale-breathe, etc.

Thanks for the app, I use it daily for charging.
