I recently took the plunge and decided to download Fitness Online on my phone, thinking it might help me whip my couch potato self into shape—without actually forcing me to drag my sorry self to a gym. Let me tell you, if you’re looking for a good laugh, a dose of motivation, and a virtual sweat—even if it’s just from gaming excitement—this game is absolutely the way to go!

First off, I must say the graphics are surprisingly vibrant and upbeat. You start off creating your own avatar, and let me tell you, I spent probably more time customizing my character than I would have at the gym! I went for the “I just woke up after a three-day Netflix binge” look. You know, some messy hair, maybe a pizza slice t-shirt thrown in. I mean, fitness is all about being comfortable, right? Watching my character flex (or more like try to flex) while looking like a nonchalant sloth is honestly a meme in its own right. And trust me, you’ll find yourself chuckling at the absurdity of it all while just trying to Level Up!

Gameplay That'll Pull You In

Now onto the *actual* gameplay! Fitness Online is not just about watching a virtual version of yourself grunt and sweat. Nope! It's all about mini-games that really capture the essence of working out (minus the painful reality of actual exercise). From dodging flying weights to racing against your own worst enemy—your own motivation—it hilariously mirrors the struggle we all have at the gym. And oh boy, the first time I missed a dodgeball, I almost dropped my phone! It was at that moment I realized my fitness levels were written all over my failure to catch. Just keep in mind—doing those squats isn’t quite as easy in real life as it is in the game!

As you dive deeper into the game, you quickly find that there are ways to spice it up! I ventured into the world of mods because, let’s face it, who doesn’t want a mod for Fitness Online that gives you outlandish amounts of money? I mean, if I can’t afford a gym membership in real life, at least I should be able to afford all the gear in a game, right? Thanks to the mod for lots of money Fitness Online, I was rocking some fabulously ridiculous outfits and maxed-out gear faster than I could say “cardio sucks.” Seriously, I was like a fitness influencer on an 8-week challenge who just discovered cheat day, except my cheat day was every day!

Funny Situations and Epic Fails

And let’s talk about the social aspect! There’s this community element that’s just fantastic. You can challenge your friends and show off your gains (or lack thereof) with a twist of friendly competition. I remember challenging my best friend, who I *may* have underestimated. Imagine my horror when I found out I had to do lunges to get my points, and she was just behind me with a goofy dance! I can assure you, nothing shouts “gamer” like vertical lunges while your friend looks like they’re auditioning for a TikTok dance challenge.

Also, the tutorials are a riot! The instructors in-game have more energy than a toddler on a sugar high, and their motivational speeches are equal parts funny and cringe. I’m all for support, but I can’t be the only one who grew wary of someone shouting “You can do it!” while I was busy failing spectacularly at my third attempt at crab walking. It’s like, chill out, Captain Fitness! I know you mean well, but I’m sweating buckets while also questioning my life choices at this moment!

So, in my humble opinion, if you've got a spare moment (or six) and you’re looking for a game that combines hilarity with some low-key fitness, definitely give Fitness Online a shot! It’s a great way to feel like you’re working out while really just enjoying the chaos that comes with gaming. A little laugh here, an avatar fail there, and a bunch of ridiculous situations—I can’t recommend it enough! Just remember to stretch your thumbs because you’re going to need those muscles while navigating through all the entertaining mayhem.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to get back to my *intense training* in Fitness Online. My character is waiting, and honestly, I can’t let the sloth look go to waste. Plus, I've got a dance-off challenge to prepare for!

I really liked the app a lot. You can see how to do the exercises, you can read about the technique in detail. The program is intelligently designed. And 149₽ for a subscription per month after the third workout is a reasonable price. For the first free workouts, you can figure out if you need this app or not. Support is good, I accidentally deleted my program and they restored it to me within a few hours.

Of similar apps, this is the best, but there is room for improvement. On the plus side, there is a description of the exercises, it shows which muscles are working. There is a ready-made set of exercises, and you can create your own, but with your own complex here there are small problems, you need to manually search for all the exercises, did not find how to add weight and number of approaches. I suggest the developers pose an option that allows you to build your own program of exercises from the existing ones, add recommendations for additional loads depending on the passed classes

Downloaded the app , as I felt after 7 days, the weight slowly started to go away. I chose a weight loss program, subscribed and have not once regretted it. Thank you very much to the developers. I am happy with it, I continue to train and recommend it, there are different training programs, everything is clear and understandable. Good luck and success to everyone!

I change my mind, because the application does not work, without the Internet. It is very problematic to work out when the connection in the gym is bad. Need to add the ability to download workout programs.

The app is good. But there is 1 drawback, so 4. You can not select your favorite exercises. When forming a workout plan, you have to scroll through the entire list for a long time. But if you could filter your favorites, it would be better.

Very handy online trainer. With the workout program is fun to do. You can fall into a detailed description of the exercise. There is a possibility of substitution for alternative exercises.

In general, the app is handy, so far the best I found, but: 1. I would like to run the program for the gym and at home at the same time, so if I could not go to the gym, work out at home, the app does not allow to do this, and when switching programs, resets the progress. 2. It would be great if you could also keep a food diary.

The app offers FREE workout programs and...!! The third workout requires a subscription in order to continue. And nowhere does it say that it will. I suggest you learn the meaning of the word free.

For a long time I use the paid version, but I do not like the fact that, despite the initially indicated gender, the app absolutely does not take it into account and sometimes gives something that girls absolutely do not need (talked to a certified professional coach). I liked the app, but the workouts without a subscription are only open for 3 days. I wanted to subscribe, but the message came out that this cannot be done because Google left the Russian Federation. I first wrote here, I was told to contact customer service, contact them, sent me an email with a link to pay, all paid. The app is working again - I am satisfied. Thank you for it.
