I came across it when I tried to increase my pull ups from 15 to 20.I get 1 pull up per week without any effort.Although I am sure there will be a so-called plateau and the pull ups will not increase for many weeks but you can get up to 25 repetitions with this program.

Application is very handy, generates a training program for you, there is a timer and it is really very convenient, but this is the most useless application that I have seen, before it my record in pullups was 24-26 times, after a week of training I was not able to pull up and twenty times. All in all, not bad. In 3 weeks of programs I increased my pull-ups from 19 to 23 times. The progress is obvious considering my weight of 90 kg..... However, the interface...
