All in all, not bad. In 3 weeks of programs I increased my pull-ups from 19 to 23 times. The progress is obvious considering my weight of 90 kg..... However, the interface...

I downloaded the apps to start pulling up. My maximum is zero times, how can I do 5 pull-ups in my first workout? I ask you to specify in the app that I have to do not full pull-ups, with swinging!

The app is great, the number of pull-ups is very good, just enough that it is hard to squeeze more. Regarding ads, who knows how to poke the phone is easy to find a way to skip it ;)

Application is very handy, generates a training program for you, there is a timer and it is really very convenient, but this is the most useless application that I have seen, before it my record in pullups was 24-26 times, after a week of training I was not able to pull up and twenty times. I do not recommend it.

I liked it But for some reason when I chose the mark 10 pull-ups More than 7 the application did not advise me to do 10 clean did I do 15 with a jerk Now I do 12 clean 16 with a jerk And so the application super advise beginners

At the moment I have 20 pull-ups. After 50 pull-ups I will put 4 stars, after 100 - 5 stars. After 50 pull-ups I will try to make a list of shortcomings and tips, but one request is already there: make it possible to change the rest time, because for each person it is individual.

I came across it when I tried to increase my pull ups from 15 to 20.I get 1 pull up per week without any effort.Although I am sure there will be a so-called plateau and the pull ups will not increase for many weeks but you can get up to 25 repetitions with this program.

I do not know if the app is good or not, but after reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised, I think I can push up 100 times, I downloaded two more applications push-ups and abs, I think I will be pleasantly surprised in 1-3 months I wish the developer good luck!!!
