I liked the app, I even bought a license. But there is only a small request to the developers - to add the ability to go back one training day. I will try to explain why. Here I finished the training successfully, but I understand that the next one will be too hard for me and I just can not overpower it, but instead of pressing the button "repeat" I pressed the button "done". Not a good thing happened, in general. We need such a button is mandatory. =(

The app is great, everything is super, but there are a couple of flaws. 1) During the workout while the countdown is resting time, I minimize the application and go to VK, then when I go back to the application hangs, and the picture is half working. 2) Can not delete workouts, that is, I accidentally ran a workout, and for example did 10 push-ups (just pressed the counter), then left the application and these 10 push-ups will then hang in my history, as not done workout.

Started practicing with my son. I like it a lot. I do 40, but I chose to do 25 and I did it right. 5 lifts - you need endurance. Proper warm up and warm down. My son has his first program! Already at the 4th session we saw a real effect! I will not say about 100 times, I think you need a more serious and versatile approach, but for simple training is the best! Recommended!

The training is not structured correctly. If a person does 30 push-ups, his training should consist of a warm-up (5-10) push-ups, an approach to the maximum (usually 25-28 push-ups, then a second approach to the maximum (20-25) and a warm-up (3-5). In the same application, not only that the approaches are almost all maximal and there are 5 of them, but also the last one is equal to the second (maximal). If you do push-ups according to this scheme, it is sure to develop a dirty technique with minimal amplitude and as a consequence back injury.
