Just tried out the Pushups app, and I’ll admit, it's pretty straightforward and user-friendly. I love the clear tracking features that help you monitor your progress, which is a definite plus. However, the overall design feels a bit outdated, which makes it less engaging than I expected. Also, I wish there were more workout variations available to keep things fresh. It does the job, but I think it could use some updates to really shine.

The training is not structured correctly. If a person does 30 push-ups, his training should consist of a warm-up (5-10) push-ups, an approach to the maximum (usually 25-28 push-ups, then a second approach to the maximum (20-25) and a warm-up (3-5). In the same application, not only that the approaches are almost all maximal and there are 5 of them, but also the last one is equal to the second (maximal). If you do push-ups according to this scheme, it is sure to develop a dirty technique with minimal amplitude and as a consequence back injury.

Started practicing with my son. I like it a lot. I do 40, but I chose to do 25 and I did it right. 5 lifts - you need endurance. Proper warm up and warm down. My son has his first program! Already at the 4th session we saw a real effect! I will not say about 100 times, I think you need a more serious and versatile approach, but for simple training is the best! Recommended!

The best of the best app! I use it for the second year. When I started training, I could barely do 15 push-ups. Now I can easily do a hundred! You guys are good. Advertising is, but in a humane-sparing mode. Guys, the same need to eat!!!
