Disappointed!!! Not worth my money. Written off and did not even remind!!! It is not clear what to do in a day. There are exercises that are incomplete (instead of 4 exercises, three) a lot of repetitions. Initially I chose to do exercises at home but some are not designed for home (breasts). A lot of exercises for each area but essentially the same. (confusing) Cardio, so-so... a little more variety.
