This is a very good app for building a sleep and wakefulness regimen. It has a nice red filter, I just love it!!! My only suggestion would be to add increasing intensity, so that you can customize the increase in intensity the closer the night gets. That would add a smoothness) 8/10

I like everything, I start to be sleepy when this app works ( but when I go into any game this filter immediately stops working which is not very convenient )
