Very often the electronic ticket does not work, the turnstile just does not open almost every 2nd time, and because of the slowness of the staff it results in delays. At least 2 stars, because at least once in a while this lottery works.

Good app but disgusting innovations! When you have a lot of routes, notifications about them pop up every day and well very annoying. I turned off the notifications. Did it make it more convenient? Not at all! Now the ability to add a route to favorites is gone! That is, I can not add a new route to my favorites - the application writes that as long as I have disabled application notifications, nothing you can do. Double for such updates. I hope you will fix it.

Very long loading time for the schedule, up to 2 minutes, in that time you can look in the browser on the website. The schedule is not saved when you open it after a few days. For example in the subway the internet is not very good... plus long loading, and you need to see the average statistics of departure of trains, and the schedule - no! What is the application for? To look at the load indicator? Very long, and often useless application.

There was a handy app. If you went to the train, you bought a ticket. Now it is impossible to buy a ticket in the app and the relevance of the app is gone. I had to delete it.
