I use different devices with Navitel, more than 10 years, some versions ludder and some worse, but allowed to navigate quite confidently in off-mode. But since it is originally an American navigation, disabling GPS makes off-mode impossible. Now there are two devices in operation, Sony z5 compact no satellites available, Redme 9 available only Glonass satellites. As a result, even with the internet navigation works very similar.
