Sometimes it bugs me. And the internet connection is much worse than a direct phone connection between driver and passenger and/or vice versa. It would be good to have a second alternative way of communication between them in case of poor quality Internet connection.

there are a lot of flaws in the program. There is no option to accept orders by the principle of chain, routes are laid out inadequately: does not see one-way traffic and dead ends, also lay through pedestrian bridges, in the settings of filters there is no principle of return home or departure from home - and most importantly, the commission for orders is very much bitten, and prices for travel time to review.

They ruined the app, there was a point "nearest", now there is no, you have to dig through a pile of orders to find the application. Can not see where there are cars, geodata work incorrectly, do not give an order further than 300 meters, at the final address writes that did not get to 500 meters, a violation and a decrease in rating. Bring back everything as it was!!!

The app glitched and does not show orders in the city where I am on the map, but in the list of orders in the tab nearest, they are! But always shows orders nearby city on the map and in the list! I wrote to the feedback, all to no avail, the answer is the same, we do not see a problem with ourselves, from our side all is ok! Uninstalling the app did not help!

The app is fine, but when they removed the possibility for the driver to set the time of arrival - it became very uncomfortable, as very often you know very well that you will not arrive as the program shows but you can not do anything about it and because of this, of course, a little inconvenience passengers who do not know exactly the time of delivery. Please change, maybe not for everyone, but for some drivers who use this function correctly. Thank you.
