"Ten useless apps out of ten. Three times I chose an express consultation, waited about 10 minutes and nothing happened. They could have done something like "You are fifth in line, wait", instead "Specialist will get back to you in a couple of minutes", completely uninformative. Why write about the round-the-clock opening hours, if in fact there is no one? What is the problem to write the number of specialists online not to waste time? Instead, we have to look at a carousel of "mugs". Bot in telegram also does not work.

Useful application. But I would like the doctor to send the medical report as a pdf file to the mail, and not leave it in my personal cabinet. After all, the report may need to be printed out and shown to another doctor.

The app is not working. It gives an error that Yandex Zen application is modified and cannot be used. The site without the application does not work. There are no working contacts. Most likely the project has ceased to exist. Not quite sure why there is no official information on the site, one contact referring to Facebook. The mail to which you ask to write is missing on the official site.

I wanted to get a consultation with a cardiologist on 10.03.2023. The doctor replied, said that she could answer in chat. Several times I tried to describe the situation, sent photos of the conclusion of examinations. The doctor disappeared. Then everything was updated and my messages disappeared. After that the doctor froze up and said that she did not receive anything! I struggled 2-3 times, writing and sending everything again. And finally the doctor asked "and what does it say there (on the photo)?" So it is impossible/unable to read?
