Guys who have problems with mail, banks and opening links in instagram (on Samsung mostly) - Tried everything. Updates removed, cache cleaned and for webview and chrome - did not help anything. BUT solved the problem of a FULL reset to factory settings. First I dumped all the information in the clouds and the files on my computer. After the reset - everything works perfectly. Webview itself is the latest version now and there are NO glitches in it. The problem was most likely in the phone firmware itself, which conflicted with Webview.

Interesting case. The application is for web content. And it affects the whole android (judging by the comments). It turns out to be some kind of virus that monitors all components. I had this on my old phone, uninstalled it and the phone jammed hard. Hard reset helped. Although this should not be. Now the phone though and old but slowed down a lot with a normal processor and memory. Spyware app, though.

The app fails and crashes other apps, whose developers recommend reinstalling it. But just opening the application in the settings I found out that after the update it is already listed as disabled and is not turned on.
