Problem 14 - an error in the condition of the problem. Given: the teams are divided into pairs. 97 divided by 2 is not divisible. Further we can only speculate with assumptions. If we assume that the "extra" team in the "first" round played with the winning team (which is unfair and, again, contrary to the rules), and the remaining 3 teams at the end also played unfairly (one of the teams was on "preferential" terms and it had to hold only one match to win) then we can assume that there were 96 matches. But this is not an answer, but an assumption.

Great game, almost every answer has to be thought about, counted or drawn. Somewhere logic, somewhere mathematics. The first questions are mostly trick questions, so there I have more mistakes. The middle ones were easier. On the last one you have to think a little longer. Thanks for the game.
