When you just start practicing it will be VERY, VERY hard! (But then it will get easier).Since the breathing is not enough, but the result is visible after 5 days, a good application for stretching. I advise you to stretch before practicing.And so thank you very much developers.

Preposition class but why 4 stars I when I go to the application I after 5 minutes I exit, but so super I sat on the twine in 12 days I was amazed at the result I advise everyone, but those who do not see the result do not be sad each person has different muscles I for 12 days sat some for 30 thank you developers.

Very cool app! I sat on a full two twine in one day! Well, I have previously practiced with another application and for 30 days e sat on more than one twine, but this application is just super!!!!. Download will not regret it! Thanks to the developers!!!!

The application is not bad in general, but there is no way you can sit on the splits in 30 days without prior training. I took 20 days, but it is far away from the splits.

quite good, but there are typos and flaws. one star for the animated exercises, the second so as not to offend the application is useless, stupid calculation of time, a lot of advertising (given the almost necessary to buy the PRO version, which is also useless) is unclear how you can sit on the splits for ~30 workout 10 minutes in general you can not waste your time on this product, a typical Krasnodar business
