The app is great, but the breaks between some exercises are too short, in 3-5 seconds to change from left to right lotus pose or from lying down to standing you barely have time, let alone to take a little break. Also, it is not always clear whether to do the exercise 12 times for both sides, or whether it means 6 times for each side.
