The load cycling is great. But! Paid services are not worth attention.When choosing exercises for shoulders, for some reason there is only one choice for auxiliary and several for the basic.Therefore, to choose isolated exercises for each bundle of shoulder muscles can not get, because it allows only one. But there are a whole bunch of presses with dumbbells and barbells. Example from a paid program: What is the point of doing dumbbell presses after barbell presses? Doing one basic and 3 auxiliary is much more appropriate.

Looks like a decent app, but I would like to see exercises for calves and forearms not as a warm-up, but as a full-fledged exercise

I have been training with it for a year and the result corresponds to the indicators in the application with small deviations (+- 1-2 kg). Suggestion to the developers to add training programs with kettlebells and pull-ups. Definitely the highest score the most top and easy to use application. Problems with the application, when creating a new program and if there is an existing one, the application closes. Fix it.

I put five because I really liked the app. although there is a question to the developers of the program. When I enter my strength and mass program, the program calculates workouts and underestimates the weights very much so that only by week 3 it comes to my specified values. And for two weeks all the exercises were very easy. In general the application is great all scheduled number of approaches and what weight in other applications I have not seen.
