Tolle App, es hat Videos für die richtigen Illustrationen für jede Übung, um die richtige Form zu erhalten und das ist ein Spiel-Wechsler für mich. Das Upgrade ist nur jenseits meiner Erschwinglichkeit, aber die grundlegenden Sachen die App kommt mit ist ausreichend für mich jetzt. Gehen Sie voran und probieren Sie es aus, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.
